Transportation Project Manager

Isett's transportation services department is looking for a Project Manager with 5 to 15 years of road and street design experience, including PennDOT approval experience, who is ready to take on meaningful projects and help guide the continued growth of the team.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to step into a leadership position where your technical expertise, project management skills, and client-focused approach will be valued. You will lead and mentor transportation engineers, manage a variety of transportation projects, and build trusted relationships with municipal, institutional, and private-sector clients.

This position can be based out of any of Isett's Northeast PA offices, giving you flexibility while staying connected to a collaborative regional team.

In this position, you will help deliver a full range of transportation services for municipalities, school districts, and private-sector clients, including: Traffic-calming design Intersection design Roadway design Trail & Bikeway design Right-of-way conveyance coordination Existing pavement analysis Construction management PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permitting (HOP) Railroad Crossing Design

Requirements

B.S. in Civil Engineering or a related field Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar engineering software Technical knowledge and/or previous experience in transportation-related work
