Terms of sale

These terms apply to the digital services offered by Terrops (SASU, SIRET en cours d'immatriculation), publisher of DocKit, reachable at abdelmonaim@terrops.fr.

Service

DocKit provides an indicative ATS CV analysis (compatibility score, keywords, suggestions and rewrite-ready paragraphs). The analysis does not guarantee an interview or a job.

Price and payment

The detailed ATS report is $6.99 (or €4.99 incl. VAT on the French experience) per analysis. Each analysis requires payment to unlock the full report.

Prices are shown before confirmation. Payment is processed by Stripe. Paid content unlocks only after server-side payment confirmation.

Immediate performance and withdrawal

By requesting unlock or performance of the digital service, you request immediate performance and acknowledge losing, for that fully performed service, the withdrawal right for distance contracts (French Consumer Code, article L221-28).

Delivery

Results are available online after processing (and after payment where applicable), and may be emailed to the address provided.

File retention

CV / ATS files: 2 years then automatic deletion.

Acceptance

Before any processing, you accept these terms and the privacy policy via the checkbox, with timestamp and traceability elements (IP, browser).

Complaints

Complaints: abdelmonaim@terrops.fr. French law. French courts have jurisdiction absent amicable settlement.
