Terms of sale

These terms apply to the digital services offered by Terrops (SASU, SIRET 107 023 376 00018), publisher of DocKit, reachable at abdelmonaim@terrops.fr.

Service

DocKit provides an indicative ATS CV analysis (compatibility score, keywords, suggestions and rewrite-ready paragraphs). The analysis does not guarantee an interview or a job.

Price and payment

The detailed ATS report unlocks via a 7-day free trial on monthly subscriptions ($9.99 / 5 scans, $24.99 / 20 scans, $59.99 unlimited). Plans renew monthly under a 12-month commitment after the trial. At trial start we place an authorization hold for the maximum amount your card allows (trying 12 months down to 1). When the trial ends we capture that prepaid portion; any remaining months of the 12-month term are billed monthly. Cancellation during the commitment takes effect at the end of the 12-month term. Prices are confirmed before Stripe checkout. Each analysis needs a subscription credit or an active trial to unlock the full report.

Prices are shown before confirmation. Payment is processed by Stripe. Paid content unlocks only after server-side payment confirmation.

Immediate performance and withdrawal

By requesting unlock or performance of the digital service, you request immediate performance and acknowledge losing, for that fully performed service, the withdrawal right for distance contracts (French Consumer Code, article L221-28).

Delivery

Results are available online after processing (and after payment where applicable), and may be emailed to the address provided.

File retention

CV / ATS files: 2 years then automatic deletion.

Acceptance

Before any processing, you accept these terms and the privacy policy via the checkbox, with timestamp and traceability elements (IP, browser).

Complaints

Complaints: abdelmonaim@terrops.fr. French law. French courts have jurisdiction absent amicable settlement.
