Data and purposes

DocKit processes your email address, uploaded files, processing metadata, generated reports or files, terms acceptance evidence (timestamp, IP, browser) and, where applicable, payment data (Stripe) in order to:

• provide the ATS CV analysis service;
• collect proof of terms acceptance;
• manage paid access to each analysis;
• send results by email;
• measure audience and improve the site (Google Analytics 4);
• handle billing, security and legal obligations;
• only if you tick a separate optional box: prepare an anonymized professional profile for optional visibility to recruitment partners (talent pool).

Optional talent pool (partners)

By default, your resume is not shared with recruitment partners. Sharing only happens if you give a separate, optional, unticked-by-default consent at upload. That consent is logged (time, consent version, IP, browser). Partners may see an anonymized profile (skills / experience signals), not your raw file by default. You may withdraw anytime by emailing abdelmonaim@terrops.fr; we then stop new sharing. No sale of your data without this opt-in.

Legal basis

Contract performance / pre-contractual steps; legitimate interest (security, abuse prevention, audience measurement); legal obligations (billing, accounting); and, for the talent pool only, your explicit consent.

Retention

• ATS files (CV): 2 years, then automatic deletion;
• Reports, emails and payment data: as needed for the service, legal obligations and dispute handling.

Processors

• Supabase: database and files;
• Stripe: payment;
• Google Gemini: ATS analysis;
• Google Analytics 4: audience and traffic measurement (IP anonymised);
• TikTok Pixel: advertising measurement when you visit from TikTok ads;
• Resend: email;
• Vercel: hosting.
