Affiliate Program Terms, Jobkit

These terms govern participation in the Jobkit affiliate program operated by Terrops.fr (“we”, “us”). By promoting Jobkit with a tracking link we issue, you agree to these terms.

1. Program

Affiliates promote Jobkit (https://myatscheck.com) using their unique tracking links (?via=). Commissions are paid only on qualified, paid subscriptions, at the rate agreed when the link was issued (typically 50 % of each paid amount).

2. Eligibility

You must provide accurate payout and tax information. We may refuse or terminate accounts that engage in spam, misleading claims, brand bidding abuse, or fraud.

3. Commissions & payouts

Tracking is first-party (cookie + Stripe). Chargebacks, refunds, and fraudulent conversions may be reversed. Payouts are made manually (bank transfer / PayPal) on due commissions.

4. Promotional rules

Do not claim guaranteed interviews or jobs. Do not impersonate Jobkit. Disclose affiliate relationships where required by law.

5. Changes

We may update these terms or program rates. Continued participation after changes means acceptance.
