Internship - Software Asset Management

The opportunity

Software Asset Management Team is looking for an ambitious, committed, and motivated individual to support our day-to-day operations and contribute to the continuous development of our Software Asset Management practices. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a global IT environment while contributing to key Software Asset Management initiatives.

How you'll make a difference

Collaborate closely with the Software Asset Management (SAM) team and support daily operational activities Assist in maintaining, reviewing, and developing Software Asset Management policies, processes, and procedures Support the implementation and ongoing enhancement of the company's Software Asset Management strategy Utilize SAM tools to monitor software license compliance and generate relevant reports Manage the collection, validation, and upload of Proof of Entitlement (PoE) documentation into the SAM system Help implement and enforce controls aligned with the Hitachi IT Control Framework Ensure effective data exchange between the SAM platform and IT systems to support data enrichment, compliance tracking, and reporting Your background

Currently enrolled as a university student, graduating in 2027 or later Fluent in written and spoken English Motivated, ambitious, and committed, with strong interpersonal and communication skills Proactive, well-organized, and detail-oriented Available to work at least 30 hours per week Interested in developing knowledge and experience in Software Asset Management, IT governance, and compliance processes More about us
